The brand had a growing audience but no consistency in how they showed up. Social media, newsletters, and corporate communications were all running on different tracks. The voice changed depending on the channel, and engagement was dropping because of it.

- I took over the social accounts and rebuilt the content calendar from scratch.
- Rewrote the newsletter format to make it something people actually opened.
- Cleaned up the corporate communications so that every email, every post, every update sounded like it came from the same brand.
- Then I set up a system so it could run smoothly after I left.
